I just started working downtown and was looking for a good place to get a automatic car wash. I purchased the 10 dollar works option and was very satisfied, I typically get out of my van and wipe it down after the wash and I can say it looked brand. I was very happy.

I went to this 7eleven a couple days ago and I got ice and got something else and the Yung looking woman with long blk hair literally have me a hard time and accused me of stealing and wud not serve me,I clearly open my container and showed her I had water and ice,she clearly misinformed tht I did not get anything but ice,I asked her too look at the camera she wud not and steady insisted on calling the police,she is very rude and very unprofessional,I did not appreciate being called a thief and refused service for a mistake she made on her behalf,if she was not elsewhere in the store and watching me like she was supposed too,no e of this wudve happen

Dude wants to stand out front and eat snacks with 6nof his buddies instead of ringing customers up. Walk 20 minutes to waste my time at this location 1 too many times. His register ” is always down” pathetic…..I see why it has such a low rating with so many reasons why.

CVS Needs to be the Bigger, Better, Neighbor and hire a private security team!

Hi, I’m a regular customer of CVS store 10888 on Congress Ave in Austin, TX. I also happen to do security at a job site near this CVS. From where I do security, I get to observe daily, the level of craziness that happens at this particular CVS For the past 2 years, I have observed the many issues at this CVS while on patrol doing my job’s duties. I can tell you this – CVS has a HUGE problem with Transients on a scale and level that your company should be ashamed over.

Paying patrons and regular residents hardly want to go into this store because of the transients parked out front and hackling everything that moves. Transients have assaulted CVS customers and you do nothing. Then, how much needs to be stolen from your store before you act? Also, your lack of action hurts the local businesses near this CVS because there is no security. Hire a Security Company and quit placing your employees at risk!

When I arrived, the assistant manager was outside, cursing and yelling, and I went inside, and made a purchase, and he followed me all the way to my vehicle on 9th street, threatening to “to beat me up,” and saying that he had been to prison, and he ran to the passenger side of my truck and bent my antennae.

This is a very dangerous area.

The gentlemen that was working this early morning was the nicest person ever. I had stopped at other 7-11s to use the bathroom.( 7 monnths pregnant) Always need a bathroom. And he was so polite and let me. Even made sure it was cleaned up and good before i went in. Thank you so much. Wish more people were kind like you. Sept.24th @1:09am Glad to know there is still kind people out there. And care about having great customer service. So to the Gentlemen…. Thank you so so much.

The sign lies. They advertise one price but there is a different price on the pump. The gas across the street at Chevron is cheaper.

If you look close Shell’s sign has a fine print disclaimer saying the advertised price is only if you use their credit card. The real price is actually ten cents higher than the advertised price.

I got gas from this place for years before noticing. I complained to corporate and they blew me off. This is super shady and super deceptive. I cannot trust this gas station or the Shell brand again.

This is a gas station convenience store but without the gas station. Cashiers are not unpleasant. If you’re staying in a big hotel nearby, come here for way cheaper snacks than the hotel sells.

Very poor customer service. Will never shop here again. I’ve heard of people having a bad day, but there’s no need for attitude when we are giving your business service. If you’re having a good day, and want to stop for some chips, beware, the grinch lives there. Lanky dude, dark hair, can’t handle correction.

Terrible customer service. Bought three pieces of pizza for the 3/3$ deal, it was misentered by the employee so I didn’t get the discount and the manager wouldn’t do her job and look up the account to give me proper savings. This is when delegating tasks comes to priority and she needs to be represented severely. If you’re 7eleven corporate you can reach me at my email associated with the account.

Customer Service is nonexistent.
Loyal Customer who stopped supporting store a year ago.
Staff is comfortable with cursing/arguing with customers over simple issues that they are responsible for addressing. For example, customer requested assistance with the espresso machine that wasn’t working properly. But customer was unaware because there is no sign indicating “not working”.
Worker had a full blown cursing fit.
It’s horrible to see current reviews supporting experience and continuing decline. There is always one who will build up or destroy a brand.

Ana’s Mart is my jam.

This place is always open and they have a good selection of convenience store items, including food, drinks, medicine, and other household items.

While not as fancy as Royal Blue Grocery, Ana’s Mart has the essentials available and I have found their prices to be very competitive. If you live nearby, this should be your go-to.

The breakfast tacos here were recommended by a local and they didn’t disappoint. They are the traditional style tacos (I had bacon & egg and bacon & potato), and the price just cannot be beat. If you like things spicy, ask for the hot sauce. Hidden gem for breakfast!! $1.40 for one breakfast taco. Tasty and not too small. I had three breakfast tacos and my wife had two. They were tasty and filling. A great gallery and a great event! Artists put their hearts and talents to work creating art hearts for the benefit silent auction! So many wonderful expression for what a heart can be!

Visited La Peña for Print Austin. Great collection of prints from various latinx artists. They have a ton of art during non- Print Austin times of the year as well. If I’m ever in Austin again I will definitely visit La Peña. If you love art this is a great space to visit.
