This is a really cute store. Lots of variety in teen girls and boys clothing. I would say the age range is 13 to 20 something..Plus accessories, underwear, lounge wear. I really love this store for my daughter who is 14. Some of the tops are ultra revealing ( which appears to be the style) but again there is a good variety. Cute jeans, sweatshirts. There was also a big selection in dresses. My son is more sporty, so the boys clothes were a bit too alternative for him.

It’s a bit of a drive but I always love shopping here. Staff are friendly and really listen to my exact needs so they can recommend the best products for what I’ll be doing. I appreciate that they don’t try to push the most expensive items and the return policy is excellent. I actively try to purchase here over Amazon or other stores because of it.

I’ve been a member of the co-op since 1989 (when I was a senior in high school). I have relied on REI for outdoor gear and apparel needs since (and even before) then. The employees (some of whom have been there for a very long time – which speaks to REI as an employer and place to work) are super-helpful and knowledgeable about the products they carry and their intended uses.

Beautiful clean and pretty big REI. This location has a full bike service shop and has a great selection of gear. Tons of employees standing by to help if you have any questions and all were friendly and knowledgeable. I did an in store pick up and also some in store shopping and like most REIs it’s always a pleasure to shop here just watch out for the impact on your wallet because the gear isn’t cheap!

Have shopped here for decades and can look around our house and see lots of things I bought there. A lace tablecloth I bought for $2 and recently made into valences in our guest room. Some footed glassware that is the perfect size for after dinner sherry. Cream soup bowls with saucers that I would never have even looked for but perfect for a first course soup. Love this uniquely Austin event.

John helped my wife today as she had our 2 year old with her. My wife raved about how helpful he was the entire time and even tracked down the last jacket in her size in the country! We love Patagonia and Today Yvon would be proud of how John treated my wife. Go Patagonia. Go John.

In this day and age it is a refreshing experience to be able to have places to shop online with kind people and consider ate attitudes. It is not everyday you find a website that is true to size and honest in purchases. I don’t enjoy the war of going shopping and trying on several different items of the same size clothing and coming away discouraged. With DeyJay I know what I get will be what I expected. We need more open minded people realizing that each person is an individual and should be treated accordingly. Thank you DeyJay for raising the standards.

Purchased from here many times with decent experiences. My online experience was less than desirable and in a effort to help others avoid said experiences I want to post here as well. Online customer service here is wretched. The process of ordering and being able to make ZERO adjustments even moments after the order is placed is bad customer service. Why does your customer service even exist if the answer is, “once the order is placed there is nothing we can do”. Then why are you answering the phone? Why did you even come to work today? You probably didn’t. You are probably at home costing the company almost no money to tell its customers to bug off and exchange or return it later. This company cannot even update shipping addresses while they are in possession of the items.

Great little place nestled away in downtown. The guy working there- Brendan- was very helpful in answering questions I had, and finding me the right sizes for the underwear I wanted. There’s a wide variety of underwear, adult toys, and more. I would definitely recommend checking it out.

Went to find a cute swimsuit that fit our new post-Covid bodies. Tim was super helpful in finding us cuts and sizes that really accentuated what we have and made us feel comfortable too. Couldn’t have found the great suit I did without him! Not my first time shopping here and definitely won’t be my last :)

I could not be happier with my experience thus far with the Julian Gold team. Our wedding has been postponed due to COVID-19. In lieu of our planned ceremony with friends and family in July out of state, we will be meeting with immediate family only. The new date will be pushed out at least a year, if not more. My original wedding dress has also been delayed and will not be ready in time for our original July date therefore I met with Melinda at Julian Gold for a plan B. She was kind, patient and super flexible with making a time and date work for a fitting (as we were traveling in from Houston). And most importantly, Melinda was extremely understanding of the sensitivity around the situation, as this is not ideal but we’re making the best out of it. Team members brought shoes to assist the overall look and the team that checked us out could not have been nicer. Making decisions around the wedding has been extremely difficult, frustrating and at times overwhelmingly disappointing due to the continuous changes mandated by other states (immediate family lives out of state as well). Melinda and her team took amazing care of us and helped ensure we were able to see how special this process is, even if reinvented. I look forward to continuing the fitting process and finding the perfect shoes in the coming weeks. Many thanks to the Julian Gold team!

Ask for Sayeed at this location. Best service I have ever received from maybe anyone ever. He knows his craft and will get you measured, styled, and out the door quickly without being pushy or sales-y. He will figure what you need even if you have no idea when you enter the store.

The quality of the clothing at Jos A. Bank is the best of the mid-level men’s formal clothing stores by a mile. Alteration turn around times are quick, and the communication is on point. Look no further!

Had the best shopping experience in probably a decade! I received the most helpful service from Saeed. He was incredibly professional. He guessed my shirt size exactly right when I walked up, confirmed it by measuring, and the first shirt he picked out was exactly what I was looking for, and fit great. He had the shirt pressed and I was out the door in less than ten minutes since I walked in. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

Ask for Mr. Gerald Grey. He is everything a mensware professional and store manager should be and more. First time going into Jos A Bank seriously for three shirts and two pants. Gerald spent three hours with me putting me in different fits of shirts and pants, listening to my feedback, and making sure I would love my purchases. Will certainly be returning.

Love the clothes, not the service. Having worked here long, long ago I can tell that the service has declined. I was looking around for probably a full half hour, without anyone asking if I needed a dressing room (they were all helping others, to be fair), so I helped myself. While getting checked out, the sales clerk asked me several random questions about my day and avoided changing my old address on file (maybe she didn’t know how?), saying something like, “It doesn’t matter, right?” While leaving, she forgot to open the door for me for the second time (the door was locked and I had used the restroom) and went straight to another customer. Ever her colleague, who helped me with the door, stared straight at her. Ugh!

What an excellent shopping spot. The clothes are excellent. The staff was friendly and helpful, giving tips about what to do, where to go, and what to eat while visiting Austin. I even accidentally got my drink all over the woman helping me and she was super understanding about it. Highly recommend this place.

Men and women’s clothing boutique catering to the fashion forward. You come here because you recognize and appreciate the finer details in design and construction, and are thus willing to pay the price. They try to bring trunk shows and other events to their stores to offer a differentiated experience to your big mall stores. The staff tries to be helpful but YMMV.

Thank you to Antonio (Tony) and his female coworker for providing superb customer service on Tuesday, October 12th. I have always enjoyed shopping at this location. Every single employee has always been great. However, on Tuesday when I went in was a bit of a rough day for me. Tony provided excellent suggestions, great conversation. It made my day as it was the last errand I was running that day. Thank you, Tony, and your co-worker, who brightened my day. Any company would be lucky to have both of you!

Love this store. I love all lush products but this store is especially awesome. The employees are always so helpful AND friendly, they seem to love their job. I took my mom in for the first time with a gift card, told an employee she was a Lush virgin and they took care of the rest. My mom can be kind of a lot and she will talk your ear off and the employees were patuent and chatty, answered ALL of her questions and my mom had a blast. Thank you so much you guys! Truly, y’all are awesome!

They were enforcing social distancing and mask precautions. Staff was so helpful and helped me find the perfect shampoo and conditioner for my hair. They gave me a bunch of samples of other products too, totally free, so I could try them before I buy! They’re more premium priced than some other places, but worth it in my opinion. Definitely check them out if you’re okay spending a little more for natural, premium products that work and are all fair trade.

I had a problem with a constant flat on my back tire. 3 consecutive days in a row. My eyes are bad when trying to see up close. I couldnt find the problem. They looked at it and found small shards of glass in the tire. They pulled it all out and filled my inner tube with orange seal sealant. They only charged me $5. I haven’t had a problem with it since. Very knowledgable and friendly. I recommend anyone with any bicycle needs to visit this bike shop.

Missy is the best !!!! She took time out of her schedule to help get my new cervelo just right with the aero bars positioning , I bought a cannondale from them earlier on and I really love how they set up the cockpit. Feels great !!! Highly recommend for any level cyclist or triathlete , thank you missy you made my day !

I had the best experience picking a dress here! The spot is super cute, dresses are all gorgeous and not too flouncy or frilly. Anything from bohemian to super elegant and classy. You can’t really go wrong. I live in the area so the location is super convenient. Ali was the absolute best in making me feel comfortable and not pressured – and excited for the big day!

My only stop for wedding dress shopping, and the only place you need to go! I went to Unbridaled for an Alexandra Grecco trunk show and bought my wedding dress that day! They had so many designers to choose from and they made us feel so welcome. I went with my mom only and worked with Lisa who was so incredible. She helped guide me through picking out what I think I want and pulling in others to make sure to rule out what I don’t want. She did not rush me and helped me get back into dresses multiple times to check and recheck my thoughts! It was truly a dream day. They kept me updated while I potentially waited for my dress to come in, and recommended seamstresses to get my dress to fit like a glove! Anytime I reached out anyone I spoke with was so sweet. When my dress came in I was able to come back and try it on with a few friends which was so special. I ended up purchasing my veil as well, they had so many great accessory options. They made sure I loved my dress and I did! The entire staff at Unbridaled made the wedding dress shopping experience 10/10!

Unbridaled was my first and only stop in my wedding dress search. Ali was amazing and made the whole experience fun ,comfortable, and easy. Bella Bridesmaid was absolutely awesome to work with! I live in Arizona, but majority of my bridesmaids lived in Texas so I worked with the Austin location. They made everything so easy especially all the ordering. They reminded my bridesmaids for me and I did not have to do a thing! They day my MOH, my mother, and I went into the store for shopping we had the whole place to ourselves! They were so attentive and helpful throughout the whole process. I wish all my friends ordered through them it made everything streamlined and easy!

We had the best experience! Haley helped us the day of our appointment and she was fantastic. She listened and was intuitive about what we needed. She gave great advice and had awesome tips about choosing outfits for my bridal party. She explained everything about ordering dresses before we left the store and then followed up with an email before I even got home. She was able to have my matron of honor measured which was one more thing to cross off our to do list. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and I am so very grateful for that!

The store and dresses are beautiful and stylists are nice. However, they only have sample sizes and charge a $30 deposit to try on a dress. So essentially it’s like a boutique but with a $30 cover charge and with only final sale and sample sizes. I would have preferred to order from them to support local but ultimately decided to order from BHLDN since Bella can’t accommodate exchanging if you are unsure between sizes.
