Rarely do you get an opportunity to meet the owners and engage with them in most businesses but meeting the owner was by far a great experience. My experience with Kleenkarr customs was top shelf from my initial drop off to the completed work pick up. They explained the process, time line and set expectations that they over exceeded. I am a client and strongly recommend all my friends and family. The ceramic wrap they did will be performed by Kleenkarr as soon as I purchase.

Jay and his team are absolutely the Best. He loves what he does and it shows in his work. My car has never looked this good. He will continue to detail my cars and I will refer friends, family and strangers in need of his services. Kleenkarr is the place to go!!!

Kleenkarr really did an amazing job on my car. My car was a complete mess and had not been detailed for some time. It is spotless now. Not only did they come to my location, were on time, but the customer service was spectacular. Jay was friendly, personable and ensures that you are completely satisfied with the job. I would definitely recommend them if you need your car taken care of.

This is the best car wash I have been to in years, truly not exaggerating. This is well worth the money. We have gotten our two cars washed here (Executive Wash) and I can’t believe how clean our cars have consistently turned out! I want to note that the team here is so friendly and spends the time to get to know you, which is an extra perk. They definitely make sure you are getting a great, quality wash. Both cars were not in the best shape on the inside, bringing them in was very long overdue, and my mind is still blown away by how clean and awesome everything looks – pretty much like new. So happy Barton Springs Car Wash is in our neighborhood, we will be regulars! Thank you so much.

Best hand wash in Austin, in my opinion. They provide friendly service and get the cars out as quickly as possible while still doing a really good job of cleaning. Waxing and detail work is excellent! Best to go first thing in the morning, otherwise there will be a wait which can get lengthy in the middle of the day especially on Fridays. This is no different than other *hand wash* businesses.

I should say that several years ago, I wasn’t that impressed with Barton Springs. However they hired a group of managers that are fantastic at what they do. Not only did the quality improve greatly but their customers service did as well. Give them a fresh try and get to know the staff as well!

Amazing experience! I had my car washed and the interior detailed after a long drive to Texas from out of state and I’ll definitely be coming back! I can’t remember the last time my car looked this good. Javier is so welcoming and fun! He really made the experience wonderful.
