Came in with my travel trailer as I had a flat tire. Limped it in only to have the gentleman at the front desk (who was polite) tell me that they didn’t have a tech, the tools or equiptment to mount my already mounted and balanced wheel and tire on the trailer. I felt like I walked into a restaurant or something….it’s a tire store….you need a floor jack and a lug wrench. That’s literally it. I’d do it myself but I bought the trailer yesterday and the jack I have isn’t heavy enough or tall enough. I’m blown away. I told him I’d better go find a tire store?

Don’t bring your car here if your stuck with a flat. The mechanics were nice, but the guy at the front said I would need to leave my car here possibly till the next day for a 15 minute plug smh ( sorry I mean 30-40 minute patch because they don’t do plugs lol) . Like there isn’t an auto zone 2.5 miles down the same street that will sell plugs and patches for under 10 dollars. Let me drive away with a screw in my tire. Don’t really care, I did it myself. but the place is to commercial to individualize treatment based on problem.

Installer from this company was incredible. After calling to change several locks on my home, he arrived promptly and had even offered to make an emergency visit within 30 minutes if needed. He was very fast and efficient and his prices are better than any other locksmith. I would recommend him and his company to anyone looking to replace their locks. Amazing service!

Terrible experience. The doorman and manager were incredibly rude. Refused service due to my paper ID. The ID was legitimate from the DMV. I had not be refused anywhere else. The tone and aggression used was ridiculous and I definitely look well over 21 because I am. If they are SO concerned about liability – trust me if a cop came in to check IDs they can look up my paper ID and see that it’s valid. What a joke. At least if you have that rule – be prepared to have a better answer and don’t be so incredibly rude about it because I will never come there again.

I was in Austin for a meeting. After the meeting I found that I had a flat tire. Bridgestone was 0.4 miles away & off I limped in my car. When I got there this is what I noticed: Fast. Effective. Courteous. I love seeing knowledgeable women in positions like that!

We had a heck of a time Sunday the 25th of November. On our way home from being out of town. One of our tire lights went on. I put air in the tire many times on the way back and after trying to get them checked out by different tire locations. We had no luck but I finally got to get someone to look at it quickly, Bridgestone in downtown Austin!
These guys found that all our tires had problems, not just one like I had thought.
They fixed the issue with new tires and even let our weenie dog have a treat inside their store. We sent them pizza the next day for helping us out and finally getting home after a long day. Thanks again for fixing our tires!

Victor did a spectacular job of getting me approved for a great car. The process was quick and simple. Enjoyed this car buying process gave me a discount for a repeat customer and I was in and out the office in one hour. I usually hate buying cars but he made this process FUN…. So excited to be in a new car AGAIN… Low mileage which is great and hard to find in used vehicles…I even got a warranty you NEVER GET A WARRANTY WITH A USED CAR..

I am not usually someone who leaves a review but after my experience with Stan and the Austin Body Works team I just had to! The level of customer service and the quality of their work is unparalleled. You won’t find anyone who can get the job done in such a timely, high quality manner at a fraction of the price not to mention these are genuinely good people who truly care about their customers and their safety! 11/10 experiences- I will be recommending Austin Body Works to anyone and everyone!

I am never one to leave reviews but I had to for these guys! I came in with a broken tail light and the part I had preordered myself with no idea how to change it and these guys fixed it for me in less than 10 minutes. Don’s Paint & Body Shop randomly turned into some other company that felt very corporate with no notice or warning. I drove all the way to downtown to get a quote for a half a mirror cover. I expected it to be around $50, but the quote was over a $100. Going to miss Don’s so much and will have to find another car repair shop.

Absolutely phenomenal service! We brought our car to Don’s for hail damage repair after receiving a quote from another garage who had indicated that the repair would take 40+ days. Don’s completed the job in two weeks, and even held onto our car for us while we were out of the country and were unable to pick it up. When we did pick up our car, they had cleaned the car’s exterior AND interior, which we didn’t expect at all. Also, they were (and continue to be, since it has yet to be delivered) understanding when our insurance was slow to send the payment check.

Don’s provided SUCH great care, and attention to detail, as well as wonderful customer service. I can’t emphasize what a relief it is to find a great body shop in Austin after living here for over 6 years. Whether you’re new to the city or not, if you’re looking for a genuine recommendation, here it is.

I brought my car in last week due to a hit and run, and was given a very reasonable quote and was told my car would be ready yesterday. As of yesterday morning, I hadn’t heard any update so I called to be informed that management/ownership switched. Not only had my car been untouched and unfixed (it had been sitting untouched at the shop for an entire week), but the new owners informed me that the cost would now be x5 as much as the original quote. As a struggling college student, this was extremely disheartening and unrealistic for me. I rely on my car for school and work, and just not having it for this week has been extremely arduous. To then be informed, by my own efforts, that my car still hasn’t been fixed and to be price gauged, is so disappointing. I’m now having to tow my car somewhere else where it can be reasonably fixed. I had a representative call 8 times yesterday, and not once was the phone answered (voicemail wasn’t an option). I am so upset about all of this and would highly recommend never taking your car to Don’s or Gerber (the new owners). Please take this as your sign and do not even attempt to have them fix your car. You will most likely be blown off and disrespected. I am highly unsatisfied and will never be coming back.
