Won’t recommend this dealership at all! My son went to look at a truck that he really wanted. They ran his credit and told him the numbers. The owner than said I’ll call you back let me see if I can find a better deal for you. At the same time there was another guy looking at the same pick up truck. I’m pretty sure it was on of his friends because he came in greeting the owner and the son with there name. What a waste of time, keep in mind when running your credit is going to go down. Second, the truck had a delay on the acceleration. I brought this up when test driving the vehicle. The owner said it was sold as is, that it might need a Tune up. Windshield was cracked, and also the back light was out. All of this was brought up and everything was sold as is…. I’ll recommend to stay away and get into a well known place.

Victor did a spectacular job of getting me approved for a great car. The process was quick and simple. Enjoyed this car buying process gave me a discount for a repeat customer and I was in and out the office in one hour. I usually hate buying cars but he made this process FUN…. So excited to be in a new car AGAIN… Low mileage which is great and hard to find in used vehicles…I even got a warranty you NEVER GET A WARRANTY WITH A USED CAR..

I am very satisfied with my Peddle experience and transaction. There was some confusion between the original offer for my vehicle and what the first pick up company said I’d be paid. After talking with a GREAT phone rep at Peddle they made good on the original offer which we thought was very fair. The whole process went smoothly from that point on.

My experience with Peddle was overall great with quick responses. Peddle quoted me a GREAT price for my car and gave me the exact amount when they arrived to get the vehicle. The process was quick and painless. However, the check that I was given did not work so I had to call customer service and they set me up to receive direct deposit…the only downside was I sold my car on Monday and didn’t receive my payment until Wednesday, due to the invalid check. But the agents were so helpful and resolved the problem quickly and gave me an extra $25 for the inconvenience. I’d definitely recommend everyone to use this service when selling a car, they won’t lowball you & the customer service is 10/10!

I honestly can’t believe the bad service that I got with this place. Today I sold my car to them. It was a great experience until the driver got to my house to pick up my car. I gave him my title and everything and he told me that he thought my title was fake. He spoke to his boss and I guess they told him to give me the check anyways? Have no idea. When he gave me the check he told me that he wouldn’t take the title or the car if it was him. He then went on to say it was bigger than his pay grade. Pretty awesome right? Never had service like this in my entire life. I called customer service and they were super nice and understanding with me. That’s why I gave it 2 stars. If it wasn’t for that I would have only given it one star.

I will state that that Jonathan contacted me. I truly appreciate the leadership of this company taking care of the issue in not only reasonable time, but also being so nice and apologetic.

Gunter is great! I hate even looking at cars because of pushy salesmen but you won’t find that here!!! My husband and I drove from San Antonio to look at an Acura MDX. He was very helpful but didn’t rush the door when we pulled in. When we have to buy another vehicle we are def going to check his lot first!!!

I strongly suggest you find a different dealership!!!
Worst experience ever. I bought an SUV. Two weeks
later it over heats. Clearly this vehicle did not go through inspection before being sold. I towed it to the shop and turns out the engine blew out. 1O days with out a car. Finally got it back drove a little over 20 miles and a hose popped while driving on the highway freaked out cause I couldn’t get it over 40 miles per hr. but thankfully I was able to drive it back to the shop . 4 days later I pick it up again drive for less than 5min and call the service department cause my vehicle felt forced wouldn’t shift gears correctly and steering wheel was shaking. They left it worse than it was before I took it in. What on earth are those mechanics doing? Are they even professionals? Did they even bother to test drive it before they gave it back obviously. I drove back arranged to get picked up for the 1 millón time! Well not really but it felt like it. 3 days later i get call saying the transmission needs to be replaced and it will take around 8-9 days for service. Still waiting, I’ve lost so many days of work, I’ve been without a vehicle for more than 30 days. I’m financially struggling at the moment because while all this is happening I’m still responsible for my car payment and insurance. Total nightmare!!!!
With all this said please learn from my mistake do your research read reviews shop around. Stay away from this place!

I do not recommend this place to buy a car …the inspection dates are lies….they are resetting lights and selling cars without oil and check engine issues
