Frost Bank is amazing. I will never bank anywhere else. I have had many not so great, and some terrible experiences with other banks. I have been with Frost for over 10 years and I can say every experience I’ve had has been great. Helpful, prompt, knowledgeable staff, no matter which location. You always speak to a live person when you call. Thank you!

I was in Austin for one night for business from Albuquerque, New Mexico. I lost my phone wallet, which had all my cards and ID in it as well. The girls at this bank did an amazing job in helping me get gas money for my trip home. They went above and beyond to get me home.

I enjoy going into the branch to have that face to face service. I had several questions I needed answered right away and that was all taken care of the day I went in. It was all done in a very professional manner.

Great bank. Roberto and Mischele went out of their way to help me. Whoever posted that this is a Compass bank, that is incorrect. Comerica is located on the 22nd floor.

The people who smoke cigarettes in this building are the worst! They sit outside the building, smoke, and then just toss their cigarette buds onto the street. The worst thing about it is that there is a drainage hole next to where they toss their cigarette buds. All that trash ends up draining into our precious river just a couple blocks away! This is a horrible sight to see! Please solve this is as quickly as possible. The turtles and salamanders would be very grateful.

This Wells Fargo branch is so friendly and helpful. The second you walk in the door you’re greeted by at least 2 associates with a smile on. They also usually have fresh popcorn waiting for anyone for free YUM!

Tip: If you have any travel coming up you can exchange currency for almost any country in a short period of time.

If a bank calls itself international, you would think that they would exchange all foreign currency. They only exchange pesos and euros. Not international to me and probably most people would agree. If I could give zero stars I would.

Called IBC to ask about their savings interest rates. Leslie, the bank manager, arrived at my place of business the following day to personally go over the interest rates with me. He answered multiple questions for me, and was extremely knowledgeable and nice. I do not bank with IBC, but I can and do appreciate customer service on that level! Thank you Leslie!

OMG! So here is what you can do here. Are you ready? Nobody is gonna believe me. One can call this bank, and an actual human will answer.

Oh wait, it gets even crazier. Then, if need be, a customer can go into their local branch, and….get this….See the exact same person that was on the phone!

My search for Bigfoot, Nessi, gnomes, a leprechaun, but most of all, the infamous unicorn is over. 🥺. Because I found the Holy Grail of Banks.

I am very disappointed in Chase bank cannot believe that they charge eight dollars to cash their own check that is crooked and wrong of Chase bank and I can’t believe people bank with these people eight dollars to cash their check unbelievable makes me sick that Chase Bank is able to do this to their own people

The service I’ve gotten here has been phenomenal. I had an auto loan at a very low rate with BBT, and when it was time to sell my vehicle, Ford and Alex went above and beyond in answering my questions, taking care of the details of the transaction, and helping me put my mind at ease. I can’t recommend them enough. Phenomenal customer service.

It’s NOT true the ATM it’s not 24/7!
Guys if you are too drunk after a couple of hours on 6th street and don’t see the slot where you have to swipe your your debit/credit card to open the door please don’t post this kind of reviews!

THIS LOCATION SERVERS NO PURPOSE. PLEASE CLOSE THEM DOWN OR RESTAFF THIS LOCATION. I am a customer and the service here is freaking sucky. I came in at 1230 for a temporary card and it took them an hour and a half to assist me and there wasn’t even a lot of people there.

They called two people ahead of me and I am waiting on my LUNCH BREAK for assistance. You all need to hire more people who can assist more customers. If you know the lunch hour is busy then make proper accommodations to be fully staffed at that time. No one want to come in and waste an hour and a half just for a temporary card.

This is one of the worse locations in Austin. DO BETTER!

Never thought I’d write a 5* review for a bank! But I’ve had multiple business accounts with PCB since 2017 and they have been hands down the best bank I’ve ever worked with. Their online presence provides everything I need to work remotely, but when I do stop by the branch in person the staff are always attentive and helpful, and have worked with me to solve numerous problems. Honestly can’t speak highly enough of them – wish every financial institution was like this!

Modern banking with excellent customer service. The staff at this downtown branch are professionals who are eager to help you with your banking needs. Walk inside the lobby, talk to the staff, and you will be greeted by friendly people and professionalism. Validate you vehicle’s parking in the parking garage next door, no need to pay to parking.

I’ve had nothing but good experiences with Wells Fargo in general, but this branch and (who I assume is) its branch manager really went above and beyond with making sure I could get my forms notarized on time and the issuing of new checks. Great customer experience. I really appreciate all your help!

Best service I have had in any bank. Duyen and Tim helped me out today even though I had no appointments they fit me into their busy, booked schedule. Duyen and Tim were both very courteous and made me feel welcomed even though I was closing my accounts with Wells Fargo. If I ever need to switch banks again, WF will be my choice only because of these two.

Also, while I was at the teller’s I saw a whiteboard with positive messages for the employees. It’s good to see a large corporation and the local managers taking care of their employee’s mental health. 10/10 would recommend banking with this branch.

A big shoutout to the awesome banker, with the nice faded haircut, who helped me today! (The banker at the counter on 12th February 2020 at 11AM, young chap).

I was so shy asking for temporary checks and how checkbooks work. He spent 5 minutes answering all my questions and was very understanding and re-assuring! This is the kind of attitude that will take the young man very high up in his career!
