Frost Bank is amazing. I will never bank anywhere else. I have had many not so great, and some terrible experiences with other banks. I have been with Frost for over 10 years and I can say every experience I’ve had has been great. Helpful, prompt, knowledgeable staff, no matter which location. You always speak to a live person when you call. Thank you!

I was in Austin for one night for business from Albuquerque, New Mexico. I lost my phone wallet, which had all my cards and ID in it as well. The girls at this bank did an amazing job in helping me get gas money for my trip home. They went above and beyond to get me home.

I enjoy going into the branch to have that face to face service. I had several questions I needed answered right away and that was all taken care of the day I went in. It was all done in a very professional manner.

Great bank. Roberto and Mischele went out of their way to help me. Whoever posted that this is a Compass bank, that is incorrect. Comerica is located on the 22nd floor.

Enjoyed banking with them from 2012-2018, but as all the other negative reviews point out — their customer service just isn’t what it used to be. You’ll get better rates, service/branch accessibility, and receive better treatment overall at Bank of America or Chase. UFCU has gotten bigger and more mainstream over the years and isn’t much of a credit union that cares about its customers and is above the “big banks” anymore.

I just closed my account 9years later after fighting tooth and nail to get not one but only 4 of 7+ $35 overdraft fees refunded across 7+ different transactions (including for one purchase of .99!) all because they took 6+ Days to process my paycheck during the 4th of July weekend and ALL THIS after I had already been through this with them before years ago and completed paperwork DECLINING their little $35 overdraft “service “

Any other time I’ve needed help or simply asked for overdraft fees refunds (not many over the past decade) they’ve been so kind and understanding and literally would just give me my money back — no questions asked. It was honestly refreshing. Their loan rates and protections policies were really great but apparently now even during a pandemic they could care less about you

What a joke of a branch this place claims to be. They don’t even accept deposits here. Go ahead and drive several miles to north Austin if you want to do actual banking.

The people who smoke cigarettes in this building are the worst! They sit outside the building, smoke, and then just toss their cigarette buds onto the street. The worst thing about it is that there is a drainage hole next to where they toss their cigarette buds. All that trash ends up draining into our precious river just a couple blocks away! This is a horrible sight to see! Please solve this is as quickly as possible. The turtles and salamanders would be very grateful.

This Wells Fargo branch is so friendly and helpful. The second you walk in the door you’re greeted by at least 2 associates with a smile on. They also usually have fresh popcorn waiting for anyone for free YUM!

Tip: If you have any travel coming up you can exchange currency for almost any country in a short period of time.

Great bank, I’ve been using for the last year since it’s close to my workplace. But this week, Clarissa was awesome, she resolved an issue for me in no time. Staff is always friendly.

OMG! So here is what you can do here. Are you ready? Nobody is gonna believe me. One can call this bank, and an actual human will answer.

Oh wait, it gets even crazier. Then, if need be, a customer can go into their local branch, and….get this….See the exact same person that was on the phone!

My search for Bigfoot, Nessi, gnomes, a leprechaun, but most of all, the infamous unicorn is over. 🥺. Because I found the Holy Grail of Banks.

I am very disappointed in Chase bank cannot believe that they charge eight dollars to cash their own check that is crooked and wrong of Chase bank and I can’t believe people bank with these people eight dollars to cash their check unbelievable makes me sick that Chase Bank is able to do this to their own people
